I think something went wrong at checkout and I'm worried my money is gone. What can I do?
While the official stance is “no refunds on digital downloads”, or support staff are super helpful and we take great care to make sure no-one feels cheated in any way. And if your money went missing with no products to show for it we will absolutely help you fix the situation. Refunds are not uncommon at all.
