Snap Heap is a Snapin Host, which allows you to use any other Kilohearts effects plugins as building blocks to make almost any audio tool you can think of. And if you really want some fancy extras, you can also use our Premium effects in your creations.

Put effects in serial lanes when you need a series of chains with the ability to adjust the gain, pan, and mix of each stage. Or split them into parallel lanes to blend differently processed sounds, or any combo of both. Then add macros, modulators, MIDI control, or sidechain input and wire it up to any parameters in your patch to make it truly dynamic and controllable.

Quickly build something as simple as a handy little vocal width and enhancement tool. Or go wild and invent a mind-bending chimera of filters, distortion, delays, and LFOs. Both are valid. At least one of them you might use every day.

Snap Heap includes a substantial factory preset collection, so you do not need to start from scratch every time. Load a patch, see how it is built, tweak the modules, add more, remove some, and follow your ears.

One important thing worth knowing about Snap Heap presets: they remain fully functional even if you do not own every premium Snapin used in the patch. You can use the complete effect and control the available macros. You just cannot edit the parameters of a Snapin that you do not have a license for yet unless the creator has nicely wired up a macro or two.

We do not want to torture you with a crippled preset just because you do not own every plugin license. This way, you can use any Snap Heap preset exactly as its designer intended.

A small plugin with a very big future
