Kilohearts Game Audio Week 2026

Join Kilohearts Game Audio Week for advice from industry professionals, a voice-processing contest, and 50% off selected effects and Content Banks.

Welcome to this year’s Kilohearts Game Audio Week. We’re celebrating the people who make game audio and sharing inspiration and advice for those working in the demanding worlds of game sound design and composition.

When we first learned how widely Kilohearts plugins were used in game audio, we were surprised. Then we we were shown how the Kilohearts Ecosystem was being used and it made a lot of sense. Our modular tools let you build, shape, and reuse sounds and effects in a way that is uncomplicated and suits the structured demands of game production, freeing you from needing to use multiple fixed-use tools or having to get too deep into complex sound design systems.

That’s why we started Game Audio Week: to spend a few days each year focused on this part of the audio world. This year, we’ve spoken with industry professionals, looked at data about the field, and put together a series of posts with ideas and advice. There’s also our sound design contest and a short sale on some of the plugins used in game audio.
